Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to established dietary and nutritional guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and food storage to ensure quality and freshness
- Collaborate with the dietary team and hospital staff to meet patient meal needs and preferences
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure adherence to recipes and portion controls
- Adhere to food handling and sanitation standards
- Support the training and development of new kitchen staff
