Job Duties
- Produce, prepare, cook and serve soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and other menu items
- Follow verbal and written instructions regarding menu production, recipe methods, cooking techniques and food presentation
- Set up station prior to service with appropriate equipment and food
- Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following health, safety and food handling regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including equipment use and personal hygiene
- Move objects up to approximately 35 lbs. to waist height
- Follow COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation protocols
- Work independently and clean and sanitize the kitchen
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Stand for extended periods
