Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic to intermediate knife skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Minimal travel requirements (less than 10%)
  • Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Receive and inspect supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards
  • Place orders for kitchen inventory
  • Prepare and present food for sale according to recipes
  • Rotate food stock to maintain freshness
  • Clean and stock kitchen lines for the next day
  • Maintain food safety standards
  • Ensure personal hygiene for safe food practices
