The available position is a full-time hospitality role based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a salary range of $14.56 to $20.95 per hour. This role involves preparation of all restaurant foods while adhering to specific recipes and quality standards, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring proper labeling and storage. Employees will be required to manage their workstations effectively, maintain cleanliness, communicate efficiently with culinary staff, and meet the demands of working in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires the individual to demonstrate solid knowledge of food handling protocols, sanitation standards, and basic culinary techniques. A Tennessee food handler permit is required within 14 days of onboarding.
This role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, working indoors and outdoors, and occasionally lifting weights up to 55 pounds. Flexibility in work hours including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts is essential. The candidate must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions, read and execute core recipes accurately, and maintain high levels of hygiene and grooming.
