Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • Acquire and maintain a Tennessee food handler permit within 14 days of on-boarding
  • Must be able to work nights weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to speak read and understand basic cooking directions

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparation of all restaurant foods meeting specifications and guaranteeing appropriate attention to detail is demonstrated
  • Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • Maintain solid knowledge of all food products sanitation standards and basic culinary techniques
  • Display ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Keep station clean and organized
  • Manage workload as it relates to you and the schedule
  • Communicate clearly with chefs on product concerns and outages
  • Display ability to read and execute core recipes
  • Follows company policies and procedures
