- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Available to work weekends and holidays during the summer season
- Dependable means of transportation to work location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually
- Ability to work in a hot fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to order following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with prep work inventory management and restocking
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is fresh hot and well-presented
- Operate grills fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the kitchen daily
- Contribute to a positive and team-focused atmosphere
