Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • ability to execute dishes flawlessly and timely
  • ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • passion for service and creating exceptional food experiences
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • must comply with COVID-19 safety measures including vaccination and PPE use when required

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience working on a fast-paced cooking line or prep cook station
  • ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • ability to work collaboratively in team settings

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh meals from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
