As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up cook stations, maintaining product presentations and quality, adhering to cook time standards, and preparing menu items according to company recipes and specifications. Duties include equipment setup, stock verification, equipment cleaning, food preparation, and maintaining a clean work area. Qualified applicants must have good communication skills, ability to lift 25-70 pounds, handle knives and food preparation equipment, stand for long periods, and work up to 10-hour shifts.
