Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
four to six months of prior institutional or commercial quantity cooking experience
ability to follow established policies and procedures
basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
vocational training in culinary arts preferred
prior institutional or commercial quantity cooking experience
ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
good communication skills
ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

prepare food items for patient and retail food services according to standard recipes
portion food accurately
garnish and set up meals for service
conduct display cooking
clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas between use
maintain accurate production records
follow established policies and procedures in food preparation and service
