As a Cook at Zaxby's, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest enjoys their meal promptly and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items with precision and care, following strict food safety and sanitary guidelines. Additionally, you'll assist with inventory management, stock incoming deliveries, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and storage areas. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Complete all training requirements including Zaxby’s Back of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
  • provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
  • maintain awareness of current promotions
  • enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand
  • assist with guest service and front of house operations
  • prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner
  • ensure food and beverages are handled according to safety regulations and guidelines

  • maintain product levels in assigned stations in order to be prepared for immediate needs
  • prepare and cook food items according to company standards
  • accurately assemble and package guest orders
