Job Requirements

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
Must maintain excellent attendance
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit

High volume kitchen experience preferred
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit

Job Duties

Ensure the highest level of customer experience is consistently provided
Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently
Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards
Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, guests, administrators and managers
Perform other duties as assigned
