Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Must maintain excellent attendance
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon food handler's permit

  • High volume kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest level of customer experience is consistently provided
  • Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards
  • Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, guests, administrators and managers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
