The role of Healthy Living Cook is a key position within the operation, focusing on elevating the cafe's food program through passion, talent, and dedication. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for the deli, salad bar, grab-and-go case, and the Home Meal Replacement (HMR) program. Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized work areas and equipment is essential to uphold the company’s standards and ensure food safety. The role demands culinary expertise, particularly with local and organic ingredients, and values previous professional kitchen experience. The ideal candidate has excellent knife skills, a culinary degree or equivalent experience, and a solid background in kitchen production.
