- minimum 1 year of cooking experience required
- pos user experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- a current food handler’s certificate is required
- current servsafe manager’s certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

Job Duties
- prepare meals for residents guests and associates ensuring the highest quality of seasonally prepared meals is served daily through various venues
- maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of kitchen and timely meal service
- follow health and safety standards including food handling protocols
- use POS systems for order and inventory management
- assist in menu planning and implementation of special dietary requests
- participate in continuous training and development programs
