Job Requirements

  • bring a smile to work every day

  • minimum 1 year of cooking experience required
  • pos user experience
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
  • a current food handler’s certificate is required
  • current servsafe manager’s certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare meals for residents guests and associates ensuring the highest quality of seasonally prepared meals is served daily through various venues
  • maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of kitchen and timely meal service
  • follow health and safety standards including food handling protocols
  • use POS systems for order and inventory management
  • assist in menu planning and implementation of special dietary requests
  • participate in continuous training and development programs
