The role of Cook at Arden Courts holds a vital place within the culinary and caregiving team. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation required
  • knowledge and experience in working with elderly
  • previous dementia experience preferred
  • food service sanitation certificate according to State/Local requirements
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent

  • ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • previous experience in food preparation
  • knowledge and experience working with elderly preferred
  • previous dementia care experience preferred
  • food service sanitation certificate according to State/Local requirements
