This position as a cook within Peregrine Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the dynamic food service operations of high-end hotels. The role focuses on efficiently and consistently preparing food orders while maintaining superior food quality and safety standards. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food orders efficiently and consistently

  • complete opening duties including setting up the station and requisitioning food items
  • prepare necessary food items for meal periods and next service
  • monitor and maintain assigned station cleanliness and organization
  • cook for scheduled meal periods
  • remove soiled wares and transport them to dishwashing area
  • break down work station and complete closing duties
  • follow 4 Keys service standards and safety protocols
  • observe safety and security procedures
  • work cohesively with co-workers and departments as part of a team
  • adhere to attendance and reliability standards
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
