They create innovative experiences that transport audiences into fantastic realms where imagination and exploration reign. As a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation and certified B Corporation, Meow Wolf is deeply committed to social, financial, and environmental wellbeing. Currently hiring for regular or project-based full-time cook positions, Meow Wolf seeks individuals ready to embody the company’s values and contribute to their visionary culinary offerings. The cook role is central to extending the Meow Wolf experience beyond visual and interactive art to the food and beverage domain, creating experiential menus that enhance guest engagement. At an hourly wage of $18 per hour, cooks report to the Food & Beverage Manager and are responsible for preparing a variety of menu items, maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation, and delivering exemplary customer service.

Cooks at Meow Wolf are more than food preparers; they are ambassadors of the company ethos—championing weirdness, radical inclusion, and creativity’s transformative power. The position requires teamwork, communication skills, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Beyond cooking, the role involves cleanliness, inventory management, emergency response, and adherence to food and safety regulations.
