Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years experience in food preparation in a hospitality setting
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • must be self-motivated and organized
  • ability to manage multiple duties independently
  • customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen or restaurant
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and work in a team

  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
  • secure items needed for food preparation in a timely manner
  • ensure leftovers are stored correctly according to safety standards
  • maintain accurate inventory records
  • adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
