Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in food preparation in a hospitality setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to communicate effectively
- must be self-motivated and organized

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- secure items needed for food preparation in a timely manner
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly according to safety standards
- maintain accurate inventory records
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
