The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals by following standard recipes as well as accommodating special diet orders, ensuring that the nutritional needs of residents are always met with care and precision.

Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef, this role involves managing various aspects of food and supply logistics. It includes securing ingredients well in advance to ensure a smooth prep process, proper storage and handling of leftovers to maintain food safety standards, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This team-oriented position calls for a motivating, organized individual capable of independently managing competing tasks while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in all stations of a hotel or restaurant kitchen and a solid understanding of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Job Requirements
