The candidate must be proficient in following standardized recipes using precise measurements and must document all HACCP steps accurately to ensure the highest quality of food safety and service.
Overall, the job combines culinary skills with healthcare-oriented service, demanding a keen attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a willingness to support the organization’s mission in a meaningful way.
