Job Requirements

  • Prior grill experience required
  • Ability to work part-time with flexible schedule including weekends
  • Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Must wear protective gear such as medium weight cut gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior grill experience required
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and participate in inventory management

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portioning and temperature
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
  • Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
  • Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • Assist in ordering and receiving of food and supplies
  • Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to supervisor immediately
  • Attend in-service and safety meetings
  • Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers
  • Perform job safely while maintaining clean, safe work environment
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
  • Adhere to safety policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
