The Team Member position at Applegreen is a full-time role that is fundamental to the operation of these travel plazas. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to travelers by engaging warmly and helpfully. This includes operating point-of-sale systems to process payments accurately, maintaining food safety standards through proper handling and storage procedures, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas. Additionally, team members are expected to actively promote products by cross-selling and up-selling, maintain comprehensive knowledge about the products and services offered at the plaza, and adhere to brand guidelines and company policies.
