Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • operations experience preferred
  • food handler certification at applicant's own expense
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • perform all back of house responsibilities
  • maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • manage kitchen equipment and inventory
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
