Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local food safety requirements
- Use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
