Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • Perform all back of house responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety requirements
  • Use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
