Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification or equivalent local food safety certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to work with kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- Ability to operate in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Operations experience preferred
- Food Handler certification or relevant local food safety certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Leadership abilities to guide kitchen team members
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle difficult situations
Job Duties
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
