Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in food service
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and prep lists
  • Physical ability to stand and lift 30 pounds
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or certification preferred
  • 2 to 4 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant, catering, or food service environment
  • Proactive and organized with ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to read and follow recipes, prep lists, and menus
  • Basic math and English communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and adaptability
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds
  • Dependability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude while delivering high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including prep, sanitation, and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Follow daily prep lists and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including storage spaces and equipment
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings, including specials and dietary considerations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
