The company operates a diverse collection of seven world-class owned venues along with partnerships and clients encompassing iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This extensive reach uniquely positions Oak View Group as a trendsetter and innovator in live event experiences worldwide, combining state-of-the-art facility management with hospitality excellence to engage and captivate audiences in every market they serve.

Beyond cooking, the role encompasses responsibilities such as cleaning and restocking workstations and food displays, operating large-volume cooking tools like grills and deep-fat fryers, and upholding health, sanitation, and safety standards throughout their shift.

This is a part-time, hourly role with a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting the skill and dedication required to perform consistently in a high-volume event-driven environment. Oak View Group offers part-time employees valuable benefits including access to a 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions that help support long-term financial well-being. The company’s commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and creating a positive workplace culture is clear and supported by a strong emphasis on teamwork, respect, and communications among all staff members.

Joining OVG as a Cook means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and excellence not only in live entertainment infrastructure but also in the services that enhance the guest experience. Strong performance in this role helps ensure that every event runs smoothly from kitchen to concession stand. Additionally, OVG fosters an environment where career growth, collaboration, and respect for individual differences are paramount. Employees are encouraged to contribute to a cooperative work atmosphere that benefits both the business and the communities served. Oak View Group’s stance as an equal opportunity employer further exemplifies their dedication to building a workforce that is diverse and inclusive, strengthening its ability to make a positive impact in the industry and among audiences worldwide.
