The company is renowned for its innovative approach to live entertainment, coupling state-of-the-art infrastructure with dynamic hospitality experiences to create unforgettable moments for millions of guests worldwide. OVG’s commitment to excellence is reflected not only in the venues it manages but also in the high standards it maintains in guest services and operational efficiency.

The role of Cook at Oak View Group is essential in ensuring guests at their venues receive high-quality, freshly prepared food that enhances their overall experience. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and is a part-time role that comes with benefits like a 401(k) savings plan and employer matching contributions, helping employees build financial security over time.

In this role, the Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold foods by following company recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency and high standards. The individual will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Supervisor to assist in menu planning and to estimate food consumption, ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards within the kitchen are paramount responsibilities, reinforcing OVG’s commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Additionally, the Cook will be responsible for reporting any maintenance needs related to kitchen equipment, helping prevent disruptions during events. This role requires excellent teamwork skills to contribute effectively within a busy kitchen environment and to maintain a positive, cooperative atmosphere among team members and other venue staff.

Oak View Group values diversity and inclusivity as foundational principles for innovation and excellence. The company actively fosters a culture that celebrates diverse backgrounds, voices, and perspectives, recognizing that such an environment enhances service quality and operational success.
