In this role, you'll be expected to prepare both hot and cold foods following established company recipes and portioning guidelines, ensuring that every dish meets the high standards of presentation and taste that our guests expect. The Cook also collaborates closely with kitchen leadership, including the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Supervisors, to plan menus and forecast food consumption accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations in all work areas is essential, along with promptly reporting any maintenance needs for kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations during events.

Oak View Group fosters a culture that values diversity and inclusion, recognizing that a diverse team strengthens innovation, enhances service, and drives excellence. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
