Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a prep line cook or cook
Ability to think quickly and work under pressure
Able to stand for long periods
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Ability to follow precise recipe cards and maintain kitchen hygiene standards

Job Duties

Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs
Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas
Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
