The company prides itself on a culture rooted in respect, ambitious thinking, collaboration, and bold action, aiming to foster an inclusive workplace where all employees can be authentic, make an impact, and continue to grow their careers. At Legends Global, winning is a collective mission achieved through teamwork and shared success.

The New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York, is preparing to open for the 2026 NFL season as the new home of the Buffalo Bills. This state-of-the-art stadium represents the largest construction initiative in Western New York's history and boasts cutting-edge technology designed to elevate the live event experience for fans. Legends Global is recruiting skilled and passionate cooks to join the team at this exciting, fast-paced venue. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and want to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of live stadium events.

As a Cook at New Highmark Stadium, you will be responsible for preparing all assigned menu items efficiently and consistently while adhering to exact specifications, recipes, and techniques established by Legends. Maintaining sanitation standards and complying with all food safety protocols is critical in this role. Working alongside executive chefs, sous chefs, and culinary supervisors, you will implement opening and closing procedures and manage food preparation duties in alignment with hygiene and safety guidelines. This role requires you to ensure that high standards of food quality, portion sizing, and departmental rules are strictly observed.

The position demands a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors, and drains. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food preparation equipment is sanitized and safe for operation, promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the lead or supervisor. The ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to extended working hours—covering late nights, weekends, holidays, and special events at the stadium—is essential. Physical stamina is also necessary due to the nature of the work which involves standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Legends Global seeks candidates with a passion for culinary excellence and a readiness to contribute to an energetic team dynamic centered around memorable fan experiences. Competitive hourly wages ranging from $18 to $20, commensurate with experience, make this an appealing opportunity for those interested in the hospitality and live events industries. If you want to be part of a winning team committed to delivering exceptional live event experiences, this role at New Highmark Stadium is your chance to bring enthusiasm, skill, and professionalism to a landmark project and one of the nation’s premier sporting venues.
