SaddleBrooke Two is also an E-Verify employer and may conduct background and financial checks before finalizing any job offer. It strongly upholds its status as an Equal Opportunity Employer, rejecting discrimination of any kind and promoting inclusivity and diversity.

The role of Cook, under the direction of the Chef and/or the Sous Chef, is vital in delivering quality food products to the community's customers. This position requires preparing food items and dishes according to specific instructions or established recipes. Cooks at SaddleBrooke Two operate various kitchen equipment, including ovens, burners, broilers, deep fryers, knives, slicers, and other utensils essential for food preparation. Primarily responsible for tasks such as retrieving ingredients, prepping salads and soups, sautéing, broiling, and plating entrées as per the Chef’s guidance, the cook plays a central part in the culinary team's success.

Additionally, the cook is entrusted with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. This entails cleaning workstations, pots, pans, fryers, broilers, and line areas using disinfectants and properly disposing of waste materials. The cook must work efficiently and follow strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a positive dining experience.

This opportunity is ideal for candidate with at least one year of cooking experience, who holds a Food Handler's Card, possesses basic knife skills such as dicing, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and meats, and can competently use mechanical kitchen equipment like slicers and mixers. The position not only demands culinary proficiency but also an ability to follow directions attentively and work collaboratively within the kitchen team.

SaddleBrooke Two offers competitive benefits that contribute significantly to the well-being and satisfaction of its employees. These include medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability policies, participation in a company-matched 401(k) plan, as well as paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
