Job Requirements
- Prior culinary or food service experience
- Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work on call or per diem basis
- Capacity to maintain sanitary food handling practices
- Compliance with food safety standards
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Prior culinary, food service, or restaurant experience
- Food Handler's certification
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food items in accordance with sanitary and food safety standards
- Ensure food quality and quantity meet dining needs of residents
- Handle food safely to meet recognized preparation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Collaborate with dining services team to enhance resident satisfaction
- Present oneself professionally as a representative of dining services
- Follow dietary guidelines and recipes specific to Residential, Assisted, Memory Support, and Health Center dining
