Positioned just steps away from iconic landmarks such as the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Huntington Bank Field, and the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Arena, this hotel offers an exceptional blend of hospitality, convenience, and vibrant city life. Guests at Hilton Cleveland Downtown can enjoy a variety of amenities, including four distinct restaurants, a rooftop bar with stunning views, an indoor pool for relaxation, and the exclusive Club at Hilton, which provides a luxurious experience for VIP guests. As part of the Hilton portfolio, the hotel is committed to delivering world-class service while fostering an environment where team members can thrive and grow their careers.

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Station Cook to join their culinary team at Noshery, one of the hotel's distinguished dining venues. In addition to a rewarding work atmosphere, Hilton Cleveland Downtown provides its employees with exceptional benefits designed to support well-being and work-life balance. Employees enjoy benefits such as deeply discounted hotel stays through the Go Hilton travel program, paid parental leave, access to caregiving and crisis concierge services, mental health resources through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), generous paid time off, multiple health and welfare benefits including dental and vision coverage, and opportunities for financial growth through retirement plans and an employee stock purchase program.

Joining Hilton Cleveland Downtown means becoming part of a globally recognized hospitality leader known for its award-winning workplace culture. The company has been repeatedly listed on the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune, reflecting its commitment to an inclusive and uplifting work environment. Whether you are beginning your culinary career or looking to advance it, Hilton provides dedicated support and myriad opportunities for career development.
