Job Requirements

- Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to adhere to sanitation and safety protocols
- Availability to work PRN as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook foods according to management directives
- Review production sheets to determine types and quantities of products
- Plan cooking schedules and utilize leftovers efficiently
- Ensure food quality by following proper food preparation, handling, and sanitation techniques
- Clean and sanitize preparation area and equipment
- Assist with tray line operations
- Maintain overall sanitation of the department
