This role entails preparing meals according to the menu while ensuring that each dish delights customers both in taste and timely delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to follow detailed cooking instructions, work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and multi-task across various food preparation tasks. Experience in using a wide range of ingredients, kitchen tools, and cooking techniques is highly desirable. As a key player in our kitchen operations, you will help preserve and enhance our restaurant’s reputation by consistently delivering high-quality meals and exceptional member experiences.

Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
- Accurately prepare menu items per established standards
- Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
- Assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus, collaborating with the Managers, Chefs, and other Cooks
- Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities or allergies
- Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
- Keep storage areas organized and clean
- Clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
- Leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
- Assist with front counter or table service as needed
- Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
- Work special events as necessary throughout the year
- Uphold our principle to improve the day
