Established in 2018 with its original Brooklyn location, the company has expanded rapidly, now boasting multiple locations across the United States including Atlanta, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Charlotte, Houston, and Denver. BEAT THE BOMB offers a unique concept where participants don hazmat suits and navigate through a series of interactive game rooms, culminating in the World’s Largest Paint, Slime, and Foam Bomb, making it an unparalleled social and entertainment experience.

The Atlanta location, opened in October 2022, is situated in the vibrant Upper Westside neighborhood and spans over 10,000 square feet. This venue features glass-walled bomb rooms, four immersive arcade lounges known as ‘Game Bays’, a full-service bar offering street food, beer, wine, cocktails, and signature slushies, plus a beer garden with sports viewing and various private event spaces catering to large groups. The facility has quickly become a favorite local destination, earning over 8,000 five-star reviews on Google and even gaining exposure on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

The role of Cook at BEAT THE BOMB is pivotal in delivering a memorable, high-quality food service experience that complements the company’s dynamic entertainment offerings. The position demands proficiency in preparing menu items accurately per recipes while strictly adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Cooks will also participate in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen environment and supporting front-of-house operations when necessary, underscoring a team-oriented workplace culture. This is a fast-paced, physically engaging role requiring flexibility, especially for weekend shifts, and a positive attitude reflective of the brand’s core values: Bring Positivity, Take Responsibility, Build The Future, and Create The Fun.

Successful candidates will bring a strong culinary aptitude, a commitment to operational excellence, and the enthusiasm to engage with guests and team members alike. This position offers more than just employment; it’s an opportunity for career growth within a fast-growing startup environment, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance options, and professional development stipends.
