We are currently seeking to hire a skilled and experienced Cook who aspires to grow into a Chef role. This position offers both part-time and full-time hourly employment opportunities, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. As a Cook, your primary responsibility will be to prepare meals in accordance with the menu, ensuring excellent taste and timely delivery to delight our customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of our kitchen by consistently following cooking instructions, efficiently managing multiple tasks, and utilizing a variety of kitchen tools and ingredients proficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen desire to expand their culinary knowledge. You will be adept at navigating the kitchen environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Your role will involve active collaboration with Managers, Chefs, and fellow Cooks to assist in menu development and improve the overall dining experience. Effective communication skills are essential as you will coordinate with team members during production and sometimes assist with front counter or table service when needed.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- ability to follow instructions and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- ability to operate basic kitchen equipment and POS systems
- willingness to assist with additional duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
- accurately prepare menu items per established standards
- maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
- assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus
- make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies
- assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
- keep storage areas organized and clean
- clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
- leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
- assist with front counter or table service as needed
- accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
- work special events as necessary throughout the year
