Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or cooking
- ability to work overnight shifts independently
- excellent communication skills
- customer service orientation
- knowledge of food safety practices
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service or cooking experience is necessary
- must be able to work independently on an overnight shift
- strong communication and customer service skills are required
- ServSafe Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prep, cook and serve items from the grill
- prep, set up and maintain the salad bar
- assist in breakfast preparation for the cafeteria and patients
- operate the cash register and provide friendly customer service
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
