- Two to three years of experience in cooking in a long-term health care setting
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook daily menu items according to recipes and schedules

- Take and record food temperatures to meet safety standards

- Report concerns about residents' meal intake
- Dispose of trash and linens according to facility procedures
