Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Commitment to providing friendly and fast customer service
  • Compliance with company policies and safety procedures
  • Ability to work all shifts including opening and closing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Prepare chicken finger meals and other menu items to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Assist in training and mentoring new crew members
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
