Job Description

Raising Cane's is a leading fast-food restaurant chain renowned for its focus on serving high-quality chicken finger meals with exceptional customer service. As a rapidly growing brand, Raising Cane's emphasizes a fun, fast-paced work environment where teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication are highly valued. With a strong commitment to community engagement and employee development, Raising Cane's offers numerous opportunities for career advancement for their crew members. Starting pay for this Cook position begins at $10.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional pay increases through performance evaluations and certification training within the first year. This entry-level role is designed for both new and experienced cooks, with paid training provided to set team members up for success.

As a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you will play a fundamental role in maintaining the high standards of food quality that customers expect. Working in the kitchen is a dynamic and fast-moving experience where you’ll prepare and cook menu items efficiently while ensuring cleanliness and safety. This role requires a strong team player who is happy, courteous, and enthusiastic, as well as someone who takes pride in their work and shows up dependably. The environment is upbeat, and employees are encouraged to bring energy and positivity to their shifts. Cooks start in the back of the house but have the chance to grow within the restaurant into advanced positions such as Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer, fostering a culture where career growth is supported through ongoing learning and achievement.

This position offers flexible scheduling for various shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between. Applicants with experience in customer service, retail, or any food service roles will find this a great opportunity to join a respected company that values your skills and contribution. Even individuals without prior restaurant experience can succeed at Raising Cane’s, thanks to the structured paid training program. Raising Cane's also values its team members’ wellbeing and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to insurance marketplaces, financial planning, education assistance, and unique perks such as gym memberships and pet insurance. If you are motivated to work in a fun, rewarding, and supportive restaurant environment where your hard work leads to real opportunities for advancement, Raising Cane’s wants you on their team.
