Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and quality control
  • Follow and comprehend the importance of proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain calm and efficiency while focusing on cooking tasks
  • Practice safe cooking procedures
  • Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets
  • Accurately count bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips for each order
  • Coordinate cooking times using corresponding timers
  • Sauce, season and package orders according to Wingstop standards
  • Count cooked wings and strips into proper sauce bowls
  • Cook and prepare food items in proper fryers and baskets
  • Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily following safety procedures and using proper equipment
  • Keep the kitchen clean throughout shifts and at closing time
  • Notify Manager on Duty immediately of safety, sanitation or employee issues
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Follow directions given by Manager or Supervisor
  • Understand and practice good hygiene and food handling methods
  • Properly and safely use chemical cleaning products
  • Bring issues or concerns to the supervisor and ask for help when needed
  • Identify new ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Represent Wingstop brand and department professionally at all times
