Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and quality control
- Follow and comprehend the importance of proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Maintain calm and efficiency while focusing on cooking tasks
- Practice safe cooking procedures
- Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets
- Accurately count bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips for each order
- Coordinate cooking times using corresponding timers
- Sauce, season and package orders according to Wingstop standards
- Count cooked wings and strips into proper sauce bowls
- Cook and prepare food items in proper fryers and baskets
- Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily following safety procedures and using proper equipment
- Keep the kitchen clean throughout shifts and at closing time
- Notify Manager on Duty immediately of safety, sanitation or employee issues
- Assist other employees as needed
- Follow directions given by Manager or Supervisor
- Understand and practice good hygiene and food handling methods
- Properly and safely use chemical cleaning products
- Bring issues or concerns to the supervisor and ask for help when needed
- Identify new ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Represent Wingstop brand and department professionally at all times
