In this role, cooks will prepare a wide variety of food items according to standardized recipes and production guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency. Cooking methods include baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and other techniques applied to meat, vegetables, and various dishes. Additionally, cooks will arrange and garnish food in line with established guidelines, manage proper food storage following safety policies, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas and equipment.

Adherence to Aramark’s safety policies, including accurate food safety and sanitation standards, is mandatory. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines
  • Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
  • Ensures security of company assets
