Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • excellent attendance record
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in hot environments
  • frequently reach, bend, and use hands and arms

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 plus year kitchen experience preferred
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and portion controls
  • basic kitchen equipment operation skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, and salads
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment including pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors
  • handle specialized tools such as pizza peels, dough dockers, and portion scales
  • maintain consistent quality standards in food presentation and taste
  • follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • operate in multiple kitchen stations including prep, pizza, sandwich, and expo
  • practice proper food handling and storage procedures
