Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
- excellent attendance record
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in hot environments
- frequently reach, bend, and use hands and arms
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 plus year kitchen experience preferred
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and portion controls
- basic kitchen equipment operation skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, and salads
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment including pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors
- handle specialized tools such as pizza peels, dough dockers, and portion scales
- maintain consistent quality standards in food presentation and taste
- follow recipes and portion controls accurately
- operate in multiple kitchen stations including prep, pizza, sandwich, and expo
- practice proper food handling and storage procedures
