As a Cook, you will be an essential member of the culinary team, responsible for preparing a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and following standardized recipes and production guidelines. Job Requirements
- Experience as a cook or in a related role
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a cook or in a related role required
- Validated knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as accurate food handling, sanitation, and storage
- Must be able to acquire food safety certification
- Demonstrate basic math and counting skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
