In this position, you will engage in a variety of culinary tasks ranging from mastering the gametime menu and late-night snack offerings to supporting full-scale catering events. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining kitchen stations, adhering strictly to food safety regulations, and managing food storage and inventory with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Your work will directly impact the guest experience, helping to uphold the reputation of both the hotel and the LOT 12 BAR and Grill as top hospitality providers.

The role requires flexible availability to accommodate the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, especially within a hotel setting that operates during extended hours and caters to diverse clientele. The hotel offers a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan, among others, emphasizing a supportive work environment that values its team members. Furthermore, opportunities for career advancement and continued education through tuition reimbursement programs are available, highlighting the company’s dedication to employee growth and satisfaction.
