We are currently seeking a Cook Level 2 who possesses at least two years of cooking experience along with a culinary school certificate or equivalent practical experience. This position is critical in supporting the culinary operations during all facets of event execution, ranging from preparation to service and cleanup. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of passionate culinary professionals, ensuring that every dish meets high standards and is delivered in a timely manner. This role involves the use of fundamental knife skills for sautéing, grilling, prepping, and carving a variety of foods, helping maintain smooth kitchen operations especially during busy events.

In this role, you will prepare and cook multiple dishes following detailed recipes and specific event requirements. You will be entrusted with maintaining the highest food handling, sanitation, and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Handling equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers will be part of your daily routine, supporting different meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets, and plated meals. Moreover, you will assist with monitoring food inventory and supply orders, playing a part in efficient kitchen management.

Working with our culinary team during large events, you will help coordinate food preparation and service to guarantee that meals are delivered promptly and to quality expectations. You will also have the chance to interact with banquet servers by distributing food for smooth guest service. This role demands physical stamina, including daily lifting of up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, push, or pull during shifts. Personal hygiene and strict adherence to local food codes are essential, ensuring that both safety and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

Job Requirements
