With over 100 years of history as a family-owned business, Delaware North has a strong reputation for nurturing talent and providing career growth opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Based at the legendary Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Delaware North Sportservice manages concessions and restaurants for the Green Bay Packers and operates the popular Homefield Pub + Social at Titletown, including Topgolf Swing Suites and seasonal special events such as sledding and ice skating. Their commitment to innovation, teamwork, and culinary excellence shapes an engaging workplace culture that values both the professional and personal well-being of their team members.
Delaware North is currently seeking a part-time Cook to join their culinary team at Lambeau Field. This role is centered around food preparation, ensuring that all guest orders meet the company’s high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation. The part-time cook will be responsible for preparing food according to specific recipes and portion controls, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation, effectively handling food temperatures and storage, and collaborating smoothly with the serving staff to deliver timely and accurate orders.
The hourly pay for this position is $16.00, and the employment is part-time with flexible work schedules including evenings, days, weekends, holidays, and event shifts. Cook team members will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay, employee discounts, training, and development opportunities. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) plans with company match, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing and walking for entire shifts, handling kitchen equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in heat and noise typical of a busy kitchen. Basic math skills and the ability to follow recipes and prep sheets are essential, along with at least one year of back-of-house food-service experience, preferably with some culinary program participation.
Joining Delaware North means joining a global legacy with strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in team-oriented settings, and want to grow your culinary skills in a premier sports venue, this Cook position at Lambeau Field offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a distinguished brand and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
