Since 2012, Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at Lambeau Field as well as at Titletown, a vibrant entertainment district featuring Homefield Pub + Social, Topgolf Swing Suites, and various seasonal events such as sledding and ice skating. The company prides itself on its rich history as a family-owned business with over 100 years of legacy and a global presence in multiple hospitality sectors, including sports venues, national parks, casinos, and more. Delaware North is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and emphasizes personal and professional growth for its team members.
The company is currently seeking seasonal Cooks to join their culinary team at Lambeau Field. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where culinary innovation, teamwork, and excellence are highly valued. The employment type is seasonal with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. This position involves important food preparation duties to ensure that guest orders are completed accurately and efficiently. As a Cook, you will collaborate closely with serving team members to deliver high-quality food experiences to guests attending events at the stadium and in the surrounding venue facilities.
The Cook position at Delaware North requires attention to detail and adherence to established quality standards, portion control, and food safety guidelines. The role includes preparing food according to menu specifications, maintaining proper food temperatures, and ensuring that all food items meet freshness and quality standards. Cooks are also responsible for performing opening, closing, and side work duties, end-of-day inventory management, keeping workstations and equipment clean and organized, and following waste control procedures to minimize spoilage. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing and walking for long periods, handling kitchen equipment, lifting heavy items, and working in sometimes hot and noisy environments.
Delaware North offers its employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being and career development. These include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for training and development. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. Working as a Cook at Lambeau Field provides a unique combination of joining a highly respected hospitality company while being part of one of the most beloved sports venues in the country. You will be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for visitors to the Green Bay area, contributing to the local community through your culinary skills. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess at least one year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food service role. Preference is given to candidates with participation in culinary programs and abilities in reading and comprehending prep sheets and recipes. Basic math skills to calculate ingredients and portion sizes are also essential. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional food service.
