  • Previous culinary experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred

  • Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands
  • Punctuality in clocking in and out for shifts and breaks
  • Provides sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties

  • Prepares meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
  • Complies with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas following State Board of Health regulations
  • Completes necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
  • Knows the location and operation of all safety equipment
  • Assists in storage and rotation of food items according to hotel procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
