Job Requirements
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- current Texas Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one
- current TABC Permit or ability to obtain one
- able to work in an open kitchen and interact directly with customers
- reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards
- maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all prep and service areas
- communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service
- follow proper food storage and labeling procedures
- assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned
